Rules for membership in the Blackdog Beer Club

• Club members must be physical persons of at least 18 years of age.
• Club membership is free; the member only pays for their membership card.
• Club members are required to report lost or stolen membership cards. In these cases, the missing card will be blocked and a new card issued.
• If any changes are made to the club, members will be informed via e-mail.
• Club members agree that Blackdogs s.r.o. may use any member data provided in accordance with law no. 101/200Sb regarding the protection of personal data.
• Blackdogs s.r.o. agrees that no member data will be provided to any third party.
• Club members agree that e-mails may be sent to them regarding information related to club membership and company news.
• The membership card is non-transferable and is to be used exclusively for the purposes of the Blackdog Beer Club.
• If a membership card is any way misused, copied, or provided to another person for their use, the membership will be canceled and the card blocked. It will not be possible reinstate club membership in these cases.
• Club members can cancel their membership at any time by returning their membership card. The fee paid to obtain the card is non-refundable.

The rules and conditions for club membership are valid from 1 August 2011.
